Guard your soul with all of your strength and all of your might for you see, as mentioned in Matthew 16:26, “… For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” To simply put it, inside each of us, we are living with a spirit that we have to protect because we would have life if God never blessed and gave us a spirit to live with. In order for a Christian to properly reach out and support others, despite every event, disagreements, or disputes, we have to love one another… our sisters and our brothers.
Lately, I have been seeing many videos and documentaries about what it means when a person decides to sacrifice their soul for worldly pleasures such as money, fame, fortune, and the list of reasons continue on. Whenever you choose to give your Spirit for some kind of on earth and materialistic deal, that means that you are giving/sacrificing your own living soul that you were given as a gift from the Father in Heaven that created you at birth. Jesus himself had been tempted by the devil as mentioned in the book of Matthew. One selection is in Matthew 4:8-10 “Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.”” The ways that the devil has been tempting all of us may not be the same way that he has tempted Jesus, but then again, we are facing the same possible temptations as Jesus has. When the devil said that he will give Jesus everything on earth IF HE WOULD BOW DOWN AND WORSHIP HIM. Taking the rightful path, Jesus told him no… in a biblical fashion.
Our souls are priceless gifts from the Father in Heaven. The price that Jesus paid for our spirits is Him dying for our sins and being reborn again. Jesus is the only connection we have with our Father in Heaven. I would’ve included a picture of a contract that people sign in regards for selling their souls when they agree to sell it to Satan, but it breaks my heart each time I see the image or watch a mini documentary about it. But what we can do is stay strong, fight against the devil’s quarrel and temptations and keep on walking with Jesus and His Word (Bible). Why do you think someone who has sold their soul always says the same line: “I have everything I wanted, but I still feel empty.” Selling your soul is not worth anything on this earth, NOTHING!
So what you may be going through a handful of life struggles
He knows that your life isn’t easy like a toy-made bubble.
God gave you a life to live and not to just give up living.
That’s not His plan for you and He’s not just randomly giving
you help all because He was bored one day.
YOU ARE SPECIAL and YOU ARE HIS CHILD and will care for you in any way.
So what you never believed in Him.
His love is unlimited, focused only on you and don’t be side tracked by the naysayers; none of them.
You are a child of God, a powerful human being that can break your chains.
Don’t be taken advantage of and continue on with your life that’s never the same.
God never ever will leave you. It is Him that supports you whenever you cry
because He’s speaking to your Spirit and telling you to dry your eyes.
You are a fighter, always have been and always will be, how so true.
Always remember this one fact : GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU.
There was a bible verse that came up on my cell phone early this morning and it was from Luke 6:30 (NIV) and it said “Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.” Immediately, a sudden image of the homeless and their struggles to continue to live came into my thoughts. While often re-reading this same passage over and over again, I recalled another scripture from a story from Luke 16:19-31 about a rich man and a beggar named Lazarus. The rich man had extravagant things and was living a perfectly high level of life, whereas outside of his gate was Lazarus, a beggar that would at least appreciate any leftovers from the rich guy. Soon, they sometime later both passed away where angels came and lifted up Lazarus’ spirit, while the rich man’s spirit, since he was indeed a selfish man, was sent to Hades. As you read on with the whole passage section of Luke 16:19-31, it is evident that there will always be a great reward from God when you help others instead of living an egotistical life; only worried about yourself and how much we can physically gain. It both emotionally and physically pains me to see the same beggars and the unfortunate hold signs to ask for some kind of fund to help them at least to eat a good meal for a day
A particular 4-corner intersection by my home were 4 beggars on each corner, which heavily pained my heart and my spirit in order to try and by-pass them since I was not the driver of my grandmother’s car; in addition, the traffic intersection was heavily surrounded by drivers whom came of our highway nearby and from a busy work morning for most of the drivers. It ached both my heart and spirit so deep to where I had to pray to God to keep all of the homeless uplifted and to never give up fighting a good fight. To uplift all of them around the world and to bless and keep them within is wings and continuously bless them to give them that push that they so need. Let them know, Dear God that their current downfalls and states are only temporary
I do apologize everyone. I have broken into prayer by my last statement. If I can send out to you from this recent post, it would be to not bypass and ignore those that may need help or assistance in our communities, especially since there is a vast majority of beggars that only ask of a few cents (if not a penny) from our pockets. I understand that bills must be paid, and I have no opposition to that, but if a child can offer a homeless man at least a nickel or even a penny, so can we, which is why even donating to local fundraisers to help save lives is even a truly powerful and wonderful feeling. God knows our hearts and in due time, He is blessing us for any and every kind deed that we do and have time to do. His blessings and gifts are much greater than our minds can even think of.
In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV), it quotes “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” After wondering what this so-called ‘PRICE’ happened to be, after watching a YouTube author’s channel titled “The Vigilant Christian Biblical Studies”, brother Mario mentioned what the answer to my question is: “The price is the blood and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.” Soon, I was able to recall another verse in Romans 5:8 (NIV) as written “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” All of this serves as a summary to simply indicate that He (Jesus Christ), the only perfect human being ever to have lived on earth, not only was crucified and then resurrected 3 days later before soon ascending up into heaven to be with the Father, but we must keep in mind whom are we living our lives for and how were we given life? Sure, our physical mother and father did their ‘bedroom business’ in order to help give us birth as newborn infants, but there is a third factor, one HIGHER POWER that gave us our spirit within each of our bodies that was one of the main factors for us to live with: God. Sure, we can do whatever we want with our own bodies and so much more, but protecting our SPIRIT within our physical bodies is of high importance. Why? Even though we each possess our own, our same spirit is the walking life of each of us and we are the decision makers in terms of which daily route or path of life to take and how to live with it.
The problem is how Satan (the evil one, the serpent, 666, demon, etc.) is ultimately trying to instill as much as false promises about life, destruct what rules and guidelines Jesus already has made available to us (our Bibles, His studies, and His messages), corrupt His messages (Jesus Christ) and sacrifice for his message (Satan). Ask yourself: Why is the elderly generation out living our younger generation nowadays more than many years ago? This statement is in no offense to those that are guardians to younger children or by in any way saying that all-wise generations, which is our elderly parents that helps to continue to pass down a skill or plan for their following family descendants. I am referring to the context of how people have been senselessly killed by other human beings for the sake of some kind of physical materials, monetary values, or for their so-called ‘retaliation’ wars.
Keep this question in mind: Whom are YOU living for and plan to sacrifice for? God did not create us and give us a Spirit in order for us to harm one another. Satan, on the other hand, is a different story.
