The Beauty of It All

A simple picture cannot express how happy and blessed I feel about Jesus Christ forever blessing me in my life. When I look back and think about how my character and mindset was years ago, I AM FOREVER BLESSED for the miraculous He made in my life. Now, I am addicted to waiting on what the Lord’s plans for me are every morning that I wake up. There were so many things and different paths Jesus could’ve walked, even simply bowing down and worshipping the devil, but HE DID NOT. He loved us, believes in us, and He wishes that all of us could be with Him when our day of passing comes. I don’t know about you, but I am praising Him and reading His Word right now… as I wait for my computer to finish updating. 🙂

The Beauty that I’m referring to in my title is the fact of everything that we have: The beautiful sights of nature around us, the ability to breath and have life, and even being able to get to talk, speak, and learn something new from one another. We all are beautiful, we all are strong, we all are smart, and we all have the courage and bravery to stand together and stand strong.

Put On Your Armor of God NOW!!

Everything that is happening in the world today is proving one main thing: There is definitely a war that is going on in today’s society; not just a fleshly fight or dispute, but a spiritual fight as well which already was prophesied in the biblical scriptures. It quotes in Ephesians 6:10-18 (NIV) “Finally be strong in the Lord in His almighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggles is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the BELT of TRUTH buckled around your waist, with the BREASTPLATE of RIGHTEOUSNESS in place, and with your FEET FITTED with the READINESS that comes from the GOSPEL of PEACE. In addition to all this, take up the SHIELD of FAITH, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the HELMET of SALVATION and the SWORD of the SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

With this scripture in mind, I have been noticing daily the different ways of how the devil is trying to attack and destroy the children of God and the lost sheep; those that don’t know of Jesus Christ and are more tuned into the dangers in the world. When we hear the common verse from the bible in John 10:10 (NIV) that quotes “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full,” we should automatically pick up on whom it is that’s this “thief” and whom it is that wants the best for us: The devil is known as the ‘Thief’ and surely, the Lord Jesus wants us to have life more abundantly.

I say all of this to say that we must always remain on spiritual guard against what the devil is trying to destroy around us and within us. It’s time for us to stand up for the Lord, stand and walk and soldiers preparing to fight on a battleground against the enemy in his many points of trickery. Has there ever been a moment when you may have watched something on television or saw something in society that just doesn’t seem or didn’t feel right with your spirit? That’s the devil trying to fool people and even us as children of God. Too much has been happening. People have created their own idols, following cults and practicing things that are not of the Heavenly Biblical Scriptures that were appointed to us. I’m sorry, but I needed to point out the truth to everyone. We need to stay in prayer and fight for our Lord. Love you all my sisters and brothers in Christ. God Bless You and I Love You.

“Let the dead bury their own dead”

In Luke 9:60 (NIV), it quotes “Jesus said to them, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”

I wanted to make this the topic of my message today because I am a child of God that has loss so many relatives, friends, and even fellow home church members since the beginning of  this 2016 year. It all hurts me so painfully deep, but I know that we must keep walking and moving forward through prayer and following the  direction Jesus Christ wants us to walk: To walk with Him in “proclaiming the kingdom of God.” Yes, it painfully hurts me deep within my spirit, but I must stay strong and always in prayer for I know that God would want me to be. So the question is: Why does it hurt so deep whenever we all lose someone so close to us? The answer: It is due to the fact of how much we have grown and showed them unlimited love by not only our flesh but our spirit as well.

This is why it is very important to care for one another and show everyone that type of love that Jesus Christ has shown to us. Yes, physically, we may not have lived (by flesh) within the same era or years that He has lived, but then again, always remember that our spirits are a different story in terms of longevity; our flesh was given life by God (our Heavenly Father). It is true that our days and times are unknown when a loved one, and even our own selves, may depart from our fleshly body temples, but while we are here today, appreciate what we have and who we all have within our lives. We must stay in prayer and focused on Him that gives us continuous strength and unlimited support. Love you all, my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus.

Use Side Time to Focus on God

Despite any and everything I may be going through or challenges I experience in my life, I still have an urge to set that separate-and-alone time apart from others in order to study God’s Word. It is true that days, and even your own daily schedules, can be overcome with so much activity and tasks to complete that you must fulfill immediately, however, we are granted our own space and needed time to be encouraged and uplifted spiritually by the Lord’s Word by simply reading just one or two scripture passages; even just doing that is better than anything and means a lot to God more than anything.

This post is to remind, not only you but myself as well, that we should always remember to make some side time for Jesus. Even when you just read a biblical scripture on your mobile phone’s app delivered to your phone about His work is good enough for Him. You are proving to Him your love and that you recognize Him. Thank you, Jesus for everything you have done and are planning for my life.
